Look and listen…

Lockdown has been undoubtedly tough on so many levels, but out of it there have been some beautiful things too, and we think this is one of them….

Bridgnorth artists, Meg Hawkins and Louise Welsby have been friends since childhood and spent the last few years dreaming about how they can collaborate with each other on a project.  With more free time on her hands Meg was able to devise a concept and illustrate a book and, together with her daughter Georgia, Louise wrote the words for Look and Listen.

Look and Listen is a beautifully illustrated book suitable for children aged 8 and above, promising to take them on a voyage of discovery to the skies above and the birds that fly above their heads.

The book sold out in the first two days and the second print run is now available online www.meghawkins.com priced at £7.99.
