Shropshire home care group named in UK’s top 20

A Shropshire home care company has been named in the top 20 home care groups in the UK. It is the eighth consecutive year that Shrewsbury-based Radfield Home Care has received the prestigious recognition from independent reviews site Homecare.co.uk.

The award is based entirely on the reviews and experiences of those receiving care at home, and their families, and places Radfield among the top-performing providers in a field of over 12,000 across the UK.

Overall, the provider, which has 35 trading franchise offices across the country, retains a group review score of 9.8/10 based on over 1,000 reviews.

Dr Hannah MacKechnie, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Radfield Home Care, said the award is a reflection of the hard work and compassion of dedicated care teams across the network.

She added: “Eight years of consistent recognition by Homecare.co.uk is something we’re incredibly proud of and has only been made possible because of the extraordinary people who make up the Radfield family. This award is especially meaningful because it reflects the lived experiences of our clients and their families. It shows that our approach to care; supporting people to be themselves, stay connected, and feel inspired, is not just valued, but making a real difference across the country.”

With over 40 years of experience, Radfield Home Care supports older people to stay living happily and independently at home, maintaining their daily routines and engaging with the hobbies and interests they love.
