Nicola Davies’s visit to Highley Primary School

Nicola Davies, the award-winning author, visited Highley Primary School on Wednesday 8th May with copies of her latest book, ‘Hummingbird’. The book is dedicated to the staff and pupils of Highley School in recognition of the relationship built between Nicola and the school. Nicola has been the school’s Patron of Reading for the last 4 years.
Vicki Kelly, English Lead at Highley Primary School: We are so lucky to work alongside Nicola to build our culture of reading within the school. Pupils and staff look forward to her visits and we are all honoured to have her new book dedicated to us.
