Digance diversion

He enjoyed himself so much last time he visited, he asked to come back! Television personality and comic Richard Digance returns to the Birchmeadow Centre in Broseley on Saturday 10 November after his sell-out Golden Anniversary celebrations of 2017.

With a BAFTA nomination as TV Entertainer of the Year and a Gold Award from the British Academy of Composers under his belt, Richard turned his back on showbiz for his first love of music and live performance. This time round, Richard will be doing what he loves best: telling stories, playing the guitar, and singing songs. This visit sees a whole new show, plus support from Eric Sedge who previously visited the Birchmeadow as one of the Broadside Boys. Tickets are £12 from Downes’ or E Davis or visit the website at birchmeadow.org.uk; the show starts at 7.30pm.
