Olympian visits Bridgnorth Endowed School

Former European and Commonwealth swimming champion Adam Whitehead visited the Endowed School and spent time sharing with students his Olympic experiences from the Sydney Games, explaining what had motivated him as part of the school’s ‘Be the Best You Can Be’ programme.

Adam Whitehead represented Great Britain for 10 years and was Commonwealth Games record holder for the men’s 100 metres breaststroke. He even took time to run a swimming session with students.
