Calling Wenlock Residents…

Shropshire Council is inviting people who live or work in and around Much Wenlock, to book up for a one-off special event to share local knowledge. A good balance of representation is sought, from young people and parents with children, right through to older retired people.

The event will be held at the Priory Hall on the evening of Thursday 27th January, with light refreshments from 6.30pm ahead of a 7pm start, and a further midway break. The event will finish at around 9.45pm.

Milner Whiteman, Shropshire Councillor for Much Wenlock, said: “I encourage residents of Much Wenlock to attend this important event to let Shropshire Council know how you would like our town to develop in the future. Please get your names in early if you want to take part.”

Places are limited to 30 people, on a first come, first served basis, so please forward your details to Mrs Lois Dale at Shropshire Council on 01743 255667, or email lois.dale@shropshire.gov.uk
