Alan Ward Furniture of Shrewsbury is once more sponsoring the World Championship Coracle Race, which takes place on June 15 from the Pengwern Boat Club in Shrewsbury.
The race, which is in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, begins at 3.30pm. Spectators are welcome, there will be a hog roast, plus other refreshments available, children’s entertainment and a licensed bar.
