Taking back the reins

Taking back the reins1

An adventure centre near Bridgnorth is providing adults with the opportunity to learn a new skill at the same time as getting active and outdoors. Live the Adventure in Stottesdon is running the six-week course, called Taking Back the Reins, with Country Treks Equestrian Centre.

Rider Helen Manns of Bridgnorth said, “It had been a while – 27 years to be precise – since I had my last formal riding lesson. Since doing the course, all manner of possibilities have run through my mind about where my newfound abilities will lead me.”

The next course will start at the end of January. Visit livetheadventure.co.uk
