Comedy at the edge

Join stand-up comedian, poet, improviser, and TV stalwart Phill Jupitus for tales, laughs and diversions at The Edge, Much Wenlock on Saturday 18 November. Watch in delight and/or horror as this experienced funnyman drags laughs out of the chaos of his own life and the uncertain world that surrounds it. Phill became a familiar face when he started as team captain on BBC2’s Never Mind The Buzzcocks which went on to run for 19 years. He’s also appeared on QI and Live at the Apollo and made his West End singing debut in 2009 when he played Edna Turnblad in the hit musical ‘Hairspray’. The show starts at 8pm, with tickets £15 from edgeartscentre.com or call 01952 728911.
