Woodland wanderings

On Sunday 16 June from 10am until noon, you can find out more about the topical subject of mindfulness as the National Trust host a Mindfulness Walk, starting at Wenlock Edge’s Presthope car park. The event will include an introduction to the practice, discussing the health and wellbeing impacts before doing some exercises, making use of the natural environment and the benefits mindfulness brings. This event takes place outdoors and includes a short walk across uneven terrain, so you’re advised to wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear.

The workshop is £3 per person and booking is essential; call 03442 491895 or visit nationaltrust.org.uk/wenlock-edge to book.
