Olympic hockey players visit county

Bridgnorth Endowed School played host to Great Britain hockey player Sally Walton who was on hand to put young players through their paces with skills training and, more widely, to inspire youngsters with the Olympic ideals. Sally, who hails from the Midlands, said she is looking forward to the test event in June before the Olympics in July.

The Endowed School boasts a good representation of county level players who play with Bridgnorth Hockey Club and youngsters from all years took part in the morning.
