Eat street

If you like street food, live music and a cocktail or two, you’ll love the Cosford Food Festival. Hitting RAF Museum Cosford on Saturday 20-21 July, the event will be packed with more artisan food and drink than ever before from some of the region’s award-winning producers.

This year’s line-up includes Canoodle serving Pan Asian cuisine, and Sticky Beaks, who specialise in slow-roasted meats; the hugely popular Street Souvlaki will be back with their Greek barbecue along with Baked in Brick serving their chicken tikka wraps cooked on the bonnet of a red mini.

You can wash your lunch down with a glass of fizz from the Proseccart, a little tipple from the Gin Jamboree or perhaps one of Beetle Juice’s summer cocktails, as you sit back and enjoy the festival entertainment. There are also demo stages and kids’ cookery classes.
