Black belts for Anna and Chris

Bridgnorth martial artists Anna Bradford and Chris Murr have passed their latest black belt gradings after training at Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do, based at St Leonard’s School.

Instructor Gary Plant said, “Both have trained and worked hard on preparing for it, overcoming hurdles along the way. Anna has been promoted to 3rd Dan and Chris has been promoted to 5th Dan.

“Anna and Chris were put through their paces on the day physically and mentally proving that hard work really does pay off. Congratulations on their well deserved promotions.”
