Shropshire Winter Festival CANCELLED

The Shropshire Winter Festival, set to be held at University Centre Shrewsbury in Frankwell over the weekend of 8 December, has now been cancelled for safety reasons.

A spokesperson explains, “Following further consultation with the safety advisory group we have had to cancel due to the number of limitations that the site infrastructure puts upon us, so it is simply not viable to run. There would not be enough customers able to attend to make it viable for the stallholders to make a return.”
