This July will see the launch of Disney-inspired pool adventures across all Telford & Wrekin swimming pools. Kicking things off with Disney’s most loved characters including Woody and Buzz Lightyear, the first instalment of the inspired sessions will feature Disney Pixar’s Toy Story.
Each session includes 10 fun and exciting activities based on core aquatic skills to inspire children to keep healthy and learn a key life skill. This year-long programme will feature activities inspired by Swim England essential swimming skills and some of Disney’s popular characters.
The sessions will be delivered by a trained activator for children aged between 3 and 11 and suited to all swimming abilities, and parents are required to join the fun.
Councillor Rae Evans said, “it’s a fabulous way to get the kids involved in swimming, and the Telford & Wrekin Leisure team are excited to be hosting these Disney Inspired sessions”.
