The artists’ gallery

This autumn, Ludlow Farmshop, formerly Ludlow Food Centre, is playing host to a unique pop-up art gallery. The Artists’ Gallery will be housed in the ex Isla Bikes showroom and will be open until the end of December.

As the name suggests, the gallery will be managed and run by eight individual artists, giving buyers the exciting opportunity to meet and buy directly from the makers. The concept of the gallery is the brainchild of local wildlife artist Shelly Perkins, who sought to find a group of fellow creatives to exhibit with her at this artisan setting. The group now comprises a range of artists, representing different mediums including wood turning, print making, painting, sculpture and ceramics.

A visit to the gallery will be an opportunity to learn about how each of the artists creates their work. To find out more call 07974 652866 or visit facebook.com/theartistsgalleryludlow.
