Harley Village Hall Re-Opens

Harley Village Hall was re-opened in January 2010 following extensive refurbishment made possible by a Big Lottery Fund Grant. Users now enjoy an attractive, fully accessible building which offers a state of the art kitchen, tastefully furnished toilets, an internal courtyard and a large car park.

Jean Buswell explained to What’s What that new furniture, crockery, cutlery and glassware enabled the Hall to be used as a venue for the wedding receptions, wedding anniversary parties and other family celebrations which have been held since it reopened.
The community has enjoyed the many occasions to socialise and get together which have been organised throughout the year by the Village Hall’s Management Committee and St Mary’s Parochial Church Council.

‘Drop In’ Coffee Mornings, to which everyone is welcome, are organised on the first and second Wednesday of each month from 10:30am –11:30am, and have become a firm favourite.

Anyone interested in booking Harley Village Hall should contact Victoria Todd on 01952 510712.
