Big Quiz of the Year

House events at Oldbury Wells School have been popular with student teams and this winter saw the them using their knowledge, wit and mime skills to compete in an inter-house quiz event, recently hosted by the school. All students competed in the event, which lasted a mammoth 5 hours.

Castle House won the points needed for victory in a closely contested battle with opponents Northgate who came second. Quiz compere and Head of Drama, Chris Seale said: “The event was a great success and demonstrated that our students can really take on a challenge.”
