Decade of success for female finance firm

A Shifnal businesswoman is celebrating a decade of success in financial services. Claire Dentith launched CD Financial in February 2015 and has since built up a thriving company which is boasts an all-female team (pictured).

“I now have six other woman who help me to support clients from all over Shropshire and the West Midlands,” said Claire. “I’m proud that we are an all-female team, which is unusual in financial services, although it wasn’t really by design, it just naturally happened.

“I wouldn’t want to be too stereotypical as the advice profession has made great strides over the last few decades and I know fantastic male advisors. However, I think as females we bring empathy and compassion into the role, making sure our clients feel heard, cared for and empowered to make financial decisions that are right for themselves and their families.

Claire’s company specialises in all aspects of financial planning, including insurance, investments, pensions and mortgages, and has offices in Church Street, Shifnal.
